Payment
A credit card is required to
place any items in your pre-order cart. Computer Gate will
obtain a pre-authorization
from your bank; however, Computer Gate will not
charge your credit card until item is ready to be shipped.
Pre-payments will be accepted, however, items will not ship
until payment has cleared (normally 7-10 business days)
regardless of estimated ship date.
Ship
Date
Please note the expected ship
date in your pre-order cart. This is when your item(s) are expected
to ship from Computer Gate's warehouse. Due to
overwhelming interest in Computer Gate's new products, orders
will be shipped in the order they are received. In the event
that Computer Gate is unable to ship your order after three
business days after the expected ship date, you will be
contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order or
continue to wait.
Cancellation/Changes
You will not be able to make any
cancellations or changes to your pre-order cart after
submission. You must call and speak to a Computer Gate
representative at 1-888-437-0895
Note: This
policy applies to items specified as "pre-order" until
"expected" ship date. After such date, please refer to general
item policies.
