In order to protect your account security and help us to identify your account uniquely, we do request that you must have your account setup with an unique email address.  

If you never setup or do not know the e-mail address on your account, please email our Customer Service at cgacct@computergate.com with as much information as you can provide about your account and a representative will be glad to reply to you with your password and the e-mail address you used to set up your account. If you need to change that e-mail address, you will need to contact customer service.

Or, you may setup a new account with us again, as long as your email address is uniquely identified in our web site. If your ISP or mail server blocks our email address, you may want to add info@computergate.com into your safe sender list.
