International Order Terms and Conditions

We accept international order only if the orders meet all of the following terms and conditions.

Minimum Order must be US$500 or more
Payment Method:  Wired Transfer ONLY. There will be a US$35 wired transfer fee. Sorry we do not accept international credit card,  bank draft or money order.
Shipping Method: Customers need to provide their own shipping account with carrier such as UPS International, Fedex International or Freight Forwarder. (Exception: We accept shipment to addresses in the US continental destination using domestic shipping rates)  Computer Gate will not be responsible for any international shipping charges, import duties & taxes, insurance occurred. We can only help in processing the shipment and documentations. If you would like to estimate the shipping cost, you can get the total weights from the web (sorry no phone call).
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We offer 30-day warranty period to customers starting from the invoice date. Due to some shipping time of the orders to arrive at the destinations, the warranty  of the products may be expired. Therefore, there is no extension of warranty. In addition, once a RMA number is issue, it is valid for 15 days only.
