How do I obtain a gift coupon?

You may get a gift coupon through purchase of  promotion/bundled products in Computer Gate. You may use it yourself or as a gift to your friends or families. The gift coupon with a valid serial number and expiration will be enclosed with the products upon your shipment.

How to redeem gift coupons?

1. Gift coupons can only be redeemed through the Internet during your purchase online.
2. Redeem your gift coupon by entering a valid Serial Number.
3. Gift coupons can only be redeemed one time.
4. Gift coupons has no cash tender value nor credit will be issued for the remaining coupon value.
5. The corresponding amount of gift coupons will be shown and credited to your online order immediately once successfully redeemed.

Terms and Conditions

Your purchase amount must be greater than the amount of the gift coupon..

A valid gift coupon must have a serial number and an expiration date.

Gift coupons are transferable.

Computer Gate is not responsible for lost or stolen gift coupons.

For item returns, the gift coupon must be returned as well. A 15% restocking fee 
   may be applied to your account for missing gift coupon.

For claimed gift coupons, we only can refund the difference the product amount 
   minus the claimed gift coupon amount.
