The Checkout Process
Our 4 easy stages checkout process:
Stage 1 Switches you over to a Secure Sockets Layer connection to minimize
security risk, then asks you for your shipping address, billing address, and
credit card information. If you have a gift certificate serial number, you may enter
it at this stage.
Stage 2 Presents your shipping options. Besides a full range of UPS
and FedEx services, we also offer a Will Call Pickup option for local residents
(your shipping ZIP code must begin with a 94 or 95).
Stage 3 Presents the details of your order. These include what items
you ordered (and in what quantities); the price times quantity and the subtotal;
the weight of each item, the weight multiplied by quantity, and the total weight;
the shipping and handling charges; and the sales tax, if applicable. You are
asked to review this information and to click once to confirm your order.
Stage 4 Confirms that your order has been processed and displays the
details of your order again plus your randomly-generated Order ID.
